01 — RAW MATERIALS

Strict Procurement

Before any new or alternate raw material is approved for use, it must pass through a multi-stage evaluation process — from initial specification review and supplier documentation assessment, through laboratory-scale batch testing and independent analysis, to full bulk validation across multiple production batches.

Every material is assessed against defined criteria including purity, nutritional value, heavy metal content, solubility, and stability. Where a material has the potential to affect end-product efficacy in ways that cannot be confirmed through chemistry testing alone, our Technical team is directly involved in setting the assessment strategy and providing final approval.

02 — PRODUCTION

Manufacturing Excellence

Our manufacturing operations are built around a structured, internationally recognised quality-management framework that governs everything — from planning raw materials and scheduling production, through to how we verify and release every finished product.

The manufacturing area has unique equipment tailored to support our processes, giving us a high level of control over product consistency and formulations at scale. Our processes are underpinned by documented procedures that ensure repeatable, consistent results.

Our production and quality teams are trained, with defined roles and responsibilities that ensure accountability at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Quality is verified at every stage through our onsite laboratory, where in-process and finished-product testing is conducted against defined specifications. Where independent verification is required, we engage NATA-accredited external laboratories to provide additional analytical support.

Full product traceability is maintained through our integrated business software system, giving us visibility over raw material inputs, batch history, and finished goods from receipt through to dispatch.

03 — ASSURANCE

Certified Quality

Every batch we manufacture is supported by onsite retention samples, held for the duration of the product's shelf life (plus a number of years beyond). This allows us to verify product integrity, support customer queries, and maintain a complete record of everything we have manufactured.

We also perform both accelerated and ambient stability testing across our product range. This work validates that our products don't just meet specification on the day they leave our facility — they continue to meet those specifications right through to the end of their stated shelf life.
